8. Platform Governance and Fair Usage Policy
To maintain transparency and platform integrity:
– Features such as admin-side student enrollment are governed by usage controls and may be enabled or restricted by the platform based on compliance history and operational behavior.
– Courses marked as private must have a valid operational reason (e.g., closed admissions, internal testing). Frequent or unjustified use of private course settings to restrict visibility or enrollment without cause is discouraged and may be reviewed by the platform.
– Institutions are expected to maintain accurate course pricing, enrollment practices, and visibility settings in line with platform policies.
Wayvida reserves the right to monitor such activities and take corrective action when necessary.
9. Termination
Wayvida may suspend or terminate services to users or institutions that violate these terms or exhibit patterns of misuse.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
