Encourage a growth mindset by celebrating effort and progress rather than focusing solely on grades.

Help students set achievable goals and remind them that setbacks are a natural part of the learning process. 

  1. Encourage Peer Support 

Foster a sense of community among your students where they can lean on each other for support and encouragement. 

4. Staying Vigilant 

Lastly, it’s crucial to stay vigilant and attentive to signs of distress or struggling students. 

Educate yourself on the warning signs of mental health issues and know how to intervene or refer students to appropriate resources when needed.
