Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls professionally and efficiently and forwarding calls to respective departments
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensure visitors sign in/out in the logbook or digital system.
- Issue visitor passes and guide them to the appropriate personnel
- Handling enquiries and sorting mail
- Organize and maintain files and documents.
- Copying, scanning and filing documents
- Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements as needed
- Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings or events.
- Prepare meeting rooms, including arranging equipment and refreshments.
- Adhere to company policies regarding visitor handling and security.

Notify the security team about any unusual activity.
Education and professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1-3 years of front desk experience in the IT industry preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of computer software, such as word processors, spreadsheets and presentation tools
